- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
- During peak seasons or sales, processing times may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times
We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- United States & Canada: 10-20 business days
- Europe: 12-25 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12-25 business days
- Other Regions: 15-30 business days
Note: Delivery times exclude processing time and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or unexpected delays.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the size of your order.
- Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—be sure to check for any active offers!
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
- Tracking updates may take 3-7 business days to reflect after dispatch.

7. Missing or Lost Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

- Contact your local postal service with your tracking information.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

- Orders with incorrect addresses that cannot be delivered are not eligible for a refund.
9. Split Shipments
- To ensure faster delivery, items in your order may be shipped separately.
- You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment if this occurs.
