At AshyBox, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund and return policy to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

    • To initiate a refund request, email us at hello@ashybox.shopwith your order number and clear video of the item and packaging. Opening video of the parcel.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Non-Delivery:

    • If your order hasn’t arrived within [30-45 business days] of placing it (depending on your location), and tracking confirms non-delivery, you are eligible for a full refund.

Note: Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


2. Returns

Due to the nature of dropshipping, we generally do not accept returns unless required by law. However, we offer exceptions for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Return Process:

  • Contact us at hello@ashybox.shopwith your order details and opening video of the item.
  • If approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the fault lies with AshyBox. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Items purchased during a clearance or sale.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
  • Custom or personalized items, unless defective or damaged.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
